Nancy (Reeves) Radcliffe Ph.D.

Since 1997, Dr. Radcliffe has been the President/Educational Consultant of Radcliffe Resources, providing an array of professional development opportunities to teachers and administrators across the State of Texas. Beginning her career in education in 1976, she served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, instructional officer, director of curriculum and instruction, and an adjunct professor at two universities, utilizing these past and varied experiences to create and offer the best online and face-to-face training possible. Some of her focus areas include differentiated instruction, meeting the needs of diverse learners, instructional coaching, and services for advanced and gifted students. She has also worked extensively with evaluating curriculum and instruction programming and developing plans to improve teaching and learning for campuses and districts. Serving two terms on the Klein Independent School District Board of Trustees from 2003–2009, she was elected to the positions of Secretary, Vice-president, and President during her tenure.

Influenced by her mother who taught school for thirty-six years and her grandmother who taught for forty-six years, and their hearts for service to others, Nancy received a Bachelor of Science in Education at Baylor University, a Master of Education in Administration at the University of Houston, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University. She has received the 75 Diamond Award from Klein I.S.D., for being one of the most influential contributors to the district in the seventy-five years since its inception; the AAUW North Harris (TX) Branch Outstanding Educator of the Year for 2017; the 2013 Donald R. Collins Distinguished Klein Educator Award for exceptional work in the field of education; a State of Texas Resolution for Outstanding Service to Education, presented by State Representative Patricia Harless; the Klein ISD Ambassador Award, and Parent of the Year for Texas A&M University, Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity. She was also elected co-chair for the 2015 Klein I.S.D. Bond Steering Committee and then served as co-chair of the political action committee, Citizens for Klein Kids, to advocate for passage of the 2015 bond. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors and as Vice-President for F.A.C.E.S. (Foundation for Autism Care, Education and Services), which awards scholarships to students and families for Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for the treatment of autism and is actively involved in the WINGS Ministries: Freedom Through Transformation, working directly with women in prison equipping them with skills to be successful when they are outside the penal system.

Dr. Radcliffe and her husband, Ross, are also active in both community and church affairs and are the proud parents of three sons and grandparents to five amazing grandchildren. Nancy’s educational philosophy is to offer all students the high quality of education that she would want for her own family and believes that children are capable of learning when curriculum and instruction focus on meeting the needs of each student.
