Bringing students together to improve campus climate can help them build their own confidence and resiliency. Students will take more ownership of their learning and their school climate, if school adults listen, help them understand the issues, and enable them to set measurable goals. This six-hour online professional development course will offer specific suggestions and proven strategies for helping students develop these skills.
